1. Processing Time

·         All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

·         You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

·         In case of high order volume, processing time may take slightly longer. We will notify you of any delays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and shipping method.

·         Standard Shipping (Domestic): 5-7 business days

·         International Shipping: 7-21 business days depending on the destination country

Please note, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, including customs processing, postal service issues, or natural events.

3. Shipping Restrictions

·         We currently ship to domestic and international addresses.

·         Some products may not be available for international shipping due to restrictions in certain countries. If your order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you with alternative options or issue a refund.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to track your package’s journey from our warehouse to your door.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

·         SNDH is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

·         Customs clearance procedures may cause delivery delays beyond our original estimates.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages during shipping. However, if you believe your package has been lost or damaged, please contact us immediately at shop@senidah.com and we will assist you in resolving the issue with the shipping carrier.

7. Shipping Address Errors

Please ensure all shipping information is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect shipping information. If an error is discovered after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible to correct the address before the package is shipped.
